The former & divider are synchronized - no dough pile-up. You are
able to maintain consistent production at maximum speed.
Clean the machine in minutes. Quick knock-down for cleaning sleeves,
mandrel and forming tube.
Design Features

Excellent has a belt tension adjustment. With other manufacturers,
you throw out the belt when it stretches.

A built-in bagel shelf that speeds up handling of product.

Oversized turntable holds more bagels allowing one operator to run
the machine.

Only Excellent has emergency safety switches, although, there is no
piston or moving parts to catch fingers. Our safety features may have
a favorable influence on your insurance rates.

Heavy Duty Construction. Designed to last a lifetime. Maintenance-free-all
bearings are sealed. No oil to affect the taste of the dough.

Advantages

This machine works the dough gently assuring a constant precision in
the weight and size of the pieces.

The dough is constantly fed through the rollers to the desired
thickness and then cut by the rotating blades in pieces of equal
weight and size.

The machine is of heavy duty construction, set upon wheels. The head
holds all rollers, cutting blades, gears, sprockets and in feed belt
which conveys the dough to the rollers. A feeling (dough adjusting)
device, placed at the entrance of the rollers, controls an electric
clutch which automatically adjusts the in feed and flux of the dough
assuring a constant and even feeding.

This machine will scale from 1 1/2 oz. to 16 oz. with its double
cutting blades or 1 1/2 oz. to 7 oz. with its single cutting blade.

Optional take-away conveyor available.
