Two competing companies cannot be the sole US Agency of new genuine ARTOFEX® mixers and parts.
Two competing companies cannot have exclusive rights to represent genuine, new ARTOFEX® mixers and parts.
THE TRUTH IS:
Since 1977, Karin Seruga of Excellent Bakery Equipment has been the one and only representative of the genuine ARTOFEX® manufacturer and has been the only authorized ARTOFEX® distributor for the United States market. No one else is authorized to state that they are "the one and only genuine ARTOFEX® manufacturer worldwide" and sell new ARTOFEX® mixers.
EXCELLENT BAKERY EQUIPMENT is the only licensed company to sell all new ARTOFEX® models, including the PH8, PH15, PH20 and PH30 mixers and new ARTOFEX® replacement parts.
Any other US company claiming to be authorized to sell new ARTOFEX® mixers or parts, or purporting to be a genuine manufacturer of new ARTOFEX® mixers or parts is simply not telling the truth.
